Returns Policy

Please start the return process within 10 days of receiving your Pen
- Contact us at rwpens1@gmail.com within 10 Days of receiving your Pen, please state clearly what you feel is the reason for the return.
- We will provide a pre-paid UPS only return Label via the provided e-mail. Please do not use any other shipper than UPS to return your Pen, we are not responsible for returned items lost/damaged by any shipper other than UPS.
- We inspect all returned items. The product must be in new, unused, and undamaged condition, fountain pens cannot have been charged with ink at any time.
- The Pen and presentation box shall be packaged as originally received with all original inserts and accessories. Returns shall wrapped in bubble wrap and packaged in a padded envelope.
- Buyer’s remorse return requests shall be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, i.e., didn’t like the color/quality, changed your mind, bought one somewhere else, etc.
- We will refund the cost of the merchandise if the return is a result of our error or a defective product.
- Ship the Return as soon as possible so it arrives at our facility within 30 days of your original received date.
You can expect to receive your refund within four weeks of shipping your package back to us. In many cases you will receive a refund sooner, but we estimate four weeks based on these factors:
- The time required for return shipping to be received (up to 14 days).
- Product inspection at our store (up to 5 business days).
- Refund processing via PayPal and your financial institution (up to 10 business days).
You will be notified via email with the details of the refund.
